Have the pad thai, couldn't stop eating it because it was spicy hot but, not too hot. It was really good and the food was good

Their food is always delicious. I'd eat here over any corporate fast food chain

The General tso chicken, season chicken, and orange chicken all taste the exact same. The chicken is mushy with no crunch and sauce is runny. They are all made with the same sauce smh. I was extremely disappointed with the orange chicken because they literally cut up a orange with the peel and place it in my food to call it “orange chicken”.

The greeter/cook (he was the only one there) was nice enough but can hardly speak english. The food was absolutely the worst oriental food i've ever had. I can't believe this place has been around very long. It's definitely a one timer for us. Rather than go into detail, JUST DON"T GO THERE!! you will not be happy if you do. It should be renamed ONE AND DONE. It is not even worthy of one star.

Great reasonably asian food. Terrific people. Amazingly fast carry out service.

My husband and I had a quick lunch here, and both had different opinions. His food was "great" and mine was terrible, he assumed mine was just mediocre the first visit so he brought it home again two nights ago and it was awful again.

Best egg rolls and sesame chicken but Korean chicken noodle was bland

Got the pepper steak and it was probably the worst I’ve ever tasted! Maybe their other selections taste better but unfortunately my choice was a bad one . Will not be going back

Friendly, fast, and a feast! Cheap prices with large portion sizes makes for one worthy chinese resturant for this guy.

Ordered delivery and was told the total was 13$. The driver gets there and my total all of a sudden became 22$. My 12 year old sister answered the door and questioned them about why the total was different. They gave her a hard time, and she gave them the 22$- no tip for the way they acted. Then the food wasnt even what we ordered. I called and the manager screamed at me, literally. I was screamed at about what a horrible person I was and how they are losing so much money and how they will do nothing for me because THEY are struggling. I could barely understand what she was saying because of how loud she was screaming at me. She hung up, I called back again. After 3 phone calls, they blocked my number. I called from a friends phone and they answered. I have never felt so ripped off in my life. THEY screwed up the order and the total but somehow this is my fault? Bad customer service and stealing from customers is why you guys are losing money.

Been here before and never has the food been so bad. It was definitely not fresh. The chicken was dry, chewy and stringy. My broccoli was not fully cooked or steamed and my fried rice needed to be soaked in soy sauce to have taste. $80.00 bucks for this?!?! Unbelievable.

The Moo Goo Gai Pan was amazing! Large fresh mushrooms, the right amount of chicken and fantastic sauce! I loved it!!

Great food at a great price

This restaurant don’t even deserve this 1 star, they were nice but that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. I really wanted Chinese food and I read a lot of great reviews so I tried it out. I didn’t like anything I ordered and even the rice was gross idk how you mess up rice, anyway don’t be fooled by all the good reviews I would stay far away if I was the person reading this. I’m hoping I don’t end up sick because the food was not fresh at all.

The customer service was great, I'll give them that. But the place was dirty, and they only had two people working. I guess this should be a good thing, but they don't have any food premade so it took them 15 minutes to make my food. I had practically no lunch break left when I finally got back to my office building. Also, their "eggrolls" are more like spring rolls so idk of they just f*ed up my order or if they dont know what an eggroll is.

The service was fast and very friendly. I ordered house fried rice... It tasted nasty. I decided to give them a second chance I order the General Tao's chicken a week later and it was really good.

Horrible service! Ordered for delivery with confirmation at 4:30 only to wait 2 hours for my food! Delivery told me the food was NOT prepared in time for pickup. Called the restaurant to get my money back only for them to complain that it wasn't their fault! Not my problem that miscommunication happened. Worst of all, they hung up on me after yelling at me about blaming them! Never order from here.

They remember you even if you've only been there once! The food is delicious and the portions generous. Their Wonton soup is my favorite, with fresh veggies in it :) Definitely my favorite place to go for lunch during the work week :)

I did carry out. The food was great. I also got it very fast. If you are wanting good and quick Asian food I highly suggest this place. I longer I'll be going back.

I eat here once a week and never had a issue , food amazing ! The Korean cook does a great job , and they are very friendly personable people !

Loved their chicken fried rice!

Awful, I will explain why:1.salty sprite (yes. it was salty) 2. Moist mushy mystery meat= "chicken"3. Combo does not come with drink4. My partner and I got the same fortune w stale cookies. 5. Also, bathroom located down very dark long murder-vibe hallway.14/10 do NOT recommend. Just go I subway 4 doors down Love tmoney and tpal

The food use to be wonderful, but now it's pretty bland and the chicken is really dry. The rice has hard chunks in it and the customer service is slow. I called in our order and was told it would be ready in 15 min. I got their 20 min later and it wasn't ready. I waited an additional 25 min before the food was ready. Nice people just poor service.

This is my go-to carry-out place. I'm from San Francisco and very persnickety about anything labeled "Chinese food" but Asian Express is consistently very good.

Absolutely terrible food!!! Nothing tastes fresh and the chicken is tough and full of fat. The Kung Pao sauce was watered down and has a very nasty taste to it! I will never go back again! GROSS!!!!

Love this place, not just your generic americanized asian food like sweet & sour chicken & lo mein (though they have that stuff too). The really good stuff is the korean menu & their specials. Really recommend their bibimbap it's the best in the lansing area.

Was a worker of the Asian Express for about a day. They dropped food on the floor, and handed it to customers. Also the kitchen is completely filthy. The owner will also serve rotten food to customers. Working a day there was really all I could handle, since serving rotting food or floor food(which ever you prefer) wasn't something I wanted to participate in as a employee. If you or a loved one got sick after eating here, you now know why.

Real shame. Food lacks flavor, pretty bland. The only thing we liked was the Crab Rangoon. It's unfortunate because they are in a very convenient location for us.

Terrible experience!! Food was delivered an hour and a half later than the expected arrival time. When we called the lady was absolutely rude and tried to just blame the driver; when he had showed us the transactions between himself and the restaurant and it was definitely their fault, No apology even!

The food was barely edible the almond chicken was so hard you could not cut it and when I talk to the owner he did not even care. I am not I am not sure if it was a language barrier but he just said okay

I ordered 'cashew nut tofu.' Lunch special was $6. There was a little tofu in it, probably a few forkfuls. The rest was mostly water chestnuts and crappy mushrooms. Flavor was just salty. Wouldn't go back.

My son and I really enjoyed the food we order. This location was different from other places we have went to. The different was the egg foo young . It's not the usually egg foo young patties. this egg foo young was light, full of vegetable, and smelled good. It didn't have a lot of meat, so if you are on a diet or vegan, this will work for you.

Happy to say our meals were wonderful. I look forward to coming back.

The food was of good quality and fair price. For the value-minded customer - a good lunch option. Small dining area makes seating limited. Not my first choice for taking a date.

Heated the General Tso's chicken up in a microwave, and gave me fried rice. I wanted white. Not worth the money.

The service and food was absolutely awesome. The food was fresh and the service was fast. I had Orange chicken and chicken lomein. These were the best I have had in the area. The new cashier is super friendly and easy to communicate with. I am definitely going back with my family!!
